My inbox is always open...
I have struggled with my mental health for as long as I can remember...I know what it is like to have unlimited support being surrounded and supported by everyone you love but I also know what it is like to be on your own in your own darkness with no one to help turn on the light. I know what it is like to sit in your sadness not knowing how you're even going to function without a support network. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy that's for sure.
For this reason alone I vowed to always have my inbox open for anyone who needs to talk or just needs someone to sit in the silence with them. I would never want anyone to walk through their own hell on their own with no one to support them. I made it my mission to not only open my inbox to anyone who needs me but to also create short courses to help those people who need it with their mindset and emotional well-being. Every single way I can support people, I will do so and unlike others, I do so for free.
In this country it is so clear that we have a massive problem with the support for people struggling with their mental health and this leads people down extremely wrong paths and I don't want that for anyone. I believe that any support that can be given to help those who are living with their mental health problems should be available for free. If I can help just one person, change one person's life or even save one person...I've done what I set out to do.

You can contact me using the form below or message me using the social media links on the home page and I will get back to you as soon as possible. All I ask is to remember that I too, am human, with real emotions and real triggers. If you want to talk about any form of trauma, I ask for you to add "Trigger Warning: XXX" at the beginning of your message just so I am prepared for what I will be reading. I also ask for a little understanding that I do have my own mental and physical issues that sometimes take me away from my phone for a day or 2...if it is urgent and you need immediate help you can add "Urgent" to the start of the message so that when the preview of your message is in my notifications I will see it or if it is a real emergency then please dial 999 or 111 for assistance.

Please remember that you are stronger than the problems you are going through and although sometimes you may lose the battle of the day...you can still win the war. You are enough...& I promise you, you matter!
